I'm getting the following error when i start workbench 2.2.0.11 after installing on a new machine (I have tried the latest 2.3.0.1 and that gives me a popup saying 'Object not sent to instance of an object). IN 2.2.0.11 i get an error at the bottom (attached)
When i click load project it gives me an 'Object not sent to instance of an object' and allows me to save the error file (attached)
Any ideas what the issue may be?
Comments: Hello, Firstly, the "Object not set" might relate to a corrupt project data file. The subsequent error is due to the installation directory containing a "2.3.0.1" version plugin. All in all it sounds a bit messed up! I suggest a complete uninstall and clean up. How To: 1. Uninstall all versions of the TFS Workbench (via Control Panel / Add Remove Programs) 2. Find the application data directory at: %localappdata%\TfsWorkbench 3. Delete all the files held in this folder. 4. Re-install the desired version of TFS Workbench. Hopes this helps. Crispin Parker.
