I installed Team Explorer 2012 first then tried to install Workbench, no success, I get the follwing error as soon as the install starts:
This product requires TFS connectivity. Please install an edition of Visual Studio 2010 or 2012 that includes TFS connetivity (Team Explorer) and then run this installer again.
Since the update says that it supports Studio 2012, I was expecting it to work.

The TFS Workbench installer checks for: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\DevDiv\vs\Servicing\11.0\teamExplorerCore] "Install"=dword:00000001 "InstallerType"="MSI" "SP"=dword:00000000 "SPIndex"=dword:00000000 "SPName"="RTM" "Version"="11.0.50727" "UpdateVersion"="11.0.60610" Also, you might want to try running the installer as administrator. It's cause issues on some machines even through elevation is set in the installer. CP
